Puure Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75 (applies to standard shipping only).

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.
